Bit of a hardcore launch off the pebble into some pretty big waves that were breaking over the top of my head. Then paddled into the estuary and up stream with the incoming tide to Glandyfi on flat waters.

Wind picked up for the journey back and with little help from the tide it was quite a slog into an increasing headwind.

Stopped in the estuary rather than do battle with the waves on the seafront again.
